Upcycled Glass Art

Upcycled Glass Art is where sustainability meets elegance, transforming forgotten everyday glass into refined handcrafted pieces with a new sense of purpose. Working with items such as glasses, jars, bottles, and bowls, I carefully reimagine ordinary materials into distinctive works of art that celebrate beauty, texture, and form.

Each piece is cut, smoothed, and prepared by hand before being painted either with a design or  with a rich base colour and hand painted pattern on top. I apply intricate designs using metallic glass paints in gold, silver, or copper, bringing depth, shimmer, and sophistication to the finished work.

The design is then heat-set in the oven, helping to secure the paint and create a durable, lasting finish. Some pieces are created as decorative art, while others take on a functional life as vases, tea light holders, or small plant pots.

Every item is individually made, eco-conscious, and full of character — a statement piece that combines artistry, craftsmanship, and thoughtful reuse.. The result is something personal, handmade, and sustainable.
